About the role
A newly created opportunity has arisen for a strategic thought leader to manage our Workforce Planning and Reward team, within the People and Culture function. Reporting to the Vice President People & Culture, you will be accountable for the design, implementation and achievement of strategies that meet the University’s people objectives and ensure Swinburne has the workforce it needs, now and in the future.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks, policies and processes related to Workforce planning, data analytics, remuneration and reward. This role is also responsible to drive cost effectiveness in the University’s people costs.
You will work within a highly collaborative unit that promotes innovation and new ways of thinking in engaging, supporting and inspiring Swinburne’s most valuable asset, our people.
