Portfolio Analyst

• Full-time, Fixed Term Contract until Feb 2022 
• Deliver analysis and data insights with a view across the entire RMIT project portfolio

About the role

You will support the management of quarterly planning activities, ensuring quality and consistency of information, driving prioritisation and risk discussions based on analysis and insights across the portfolio.

You will;

• Deliver analysis of portfolio data (e.g. outcomes, outputs, milestone, dependencies and risks) and quarterly plans for synergy opportunities and threats
• Support development of quarterly plans for prioritisation and sequencing
• Develop and manage continuous improvement to process and stakeholder materials for the Enterprise Planning function
• Manage establishment of relevant reporting mechanisms to support quarterly planning and general portfolio planning activities.

About you

You will have;

• Experience in strategic investment portfolio disciplines, standards and performance analysis techniques within PMOs in large, complex organisations
• Strong communication skills and ability to capture and document processes, discussions and meeting outcomes in a concise and clear manner
• Significant knowledge and proficiency in using Project Management tools and Office work packages, particularly Microsoft Project Online, MSOffice suite and MSVisio
• An ability to manage projects and priorities to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines
