About the role
The Technical Analyst (TA) is the escalation and overflow point for all ITSC customers in relation to IT Incidents, Service Requests and Problems that have been escalated by the Service Desk Tier 1.
As the subject matter expert in the eyes of the customer and Tier 1 Service Desk, the TA uses knowledge and expertise to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently providing customers with a sense of comfort and security.
