As an Home Loans Assessment Manager, you will dedicate your time in keeping your area of responsibility operationally fit. You are to be always on the go removing any obstacles and paving the way for your staff to succeed. You are to recognise and develop the potential in your people, collaborate with others to optimise business performance, reduce operational costs, improve customer outcomes and consistently be a role model on the operational excellence principles.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Knowledge of the eight operational excellence principles; apply practical solutions that demonstrate and bring these principles to life to add value
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate staff to achieve personal, professional and business objectives
• Demonstrate experience in effectively influencing, advocacy and leadership around a customer strategy
• Proven experience with operational/team management
• Banking and Finance experience and knowledge of relevant functional area
• High quality verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of processes, regulatory requirements and policies related to the team’s function.
