You’ll discover the very best from Australian and New Zealand waters at Flying Fish. Delicately prepared with a tempered hand, each dish puts taste ahead of technique with an emphasis on minimal waste and maximum flavour. This is an opportunity for you to develop your skills and knowledge under the supervision of Executive Chef Peter Robertson and his team.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills & experience:

  • Hold relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • The willingness to learn and develop in a new area
  • The ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate and work as part of the team
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
