The Role

As the Head of Commercial Technology & Own Brand, you will hold end to end accountability for the technology evolution of Commercial business units across supplier, operations and Own Brand, from technology strategy to transformation and operations. Working closely with GMs and HOs of Commercial Business, you will effectively set technology strategy and priorities and support key business initiatives, and deliver on technology transformation to realise business value and strategic outcomes.

Good things you’ll have:

• An understanding of the retail value chain and processes 
• Demonstrated track record of delivering market-leading commercial and customer outcomes, meeting or exceeding conversion, revenue and profit targets
• Experienced thought leader in technology and digital strategy development and delivering complex transformations in a large organisation
• Extensive service delivery, vendor and contractual management experience, accountable for managed service contracts of > $20m p.a
• Demonstrated ability to build highly effective teams and a culture of experimentation
• Exceptional passion for delivering to customers
• In-depth expertise in applicable technologies, methodologies and delivering complex transformation
• Product management including product planning / roadmaps, research, design and optimisation, particularly in merchandising and supply chain
• Excellent vendor management & customer relationship skills
• Exceptional track record in building, leading and motivating large teams
