Food & Beverage Supervisor | Private Gaming

We currently have an opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Star Gold Coast. Private Gaming Rooms provide around the clock gaming and food services to our VIP members, with 4 different rooms for guests to choose from. This role would be perfect for someone with previous experience leading shifts in a bar or restaurant setting. As the Supervisor your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading team members on shift, ensuring they are supported to deliver 5 star service
• Support the management team with people related tasks including training, development and recruitment
• Make recommendations to the Venue Manager to increase customer loyalty and return visits

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
• Previous experience building relationships as a leader, including ability to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback
• Flexibility to work and support a business that operates 24 hours a day
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
