Our Reservation Services Supervisors are leaders in delivering thrilling experiences. Reporting to the Reservations Manager you will lead a team, drive guest service excellence, and assist in financial performance. We currently have a Full-time opportunity.

Please note this role requires full flexibility across 7 days including morning and evening shifts.

No two days will be the same however you will:

  • Motivate and engage our Reservations Services Agents to continuously deliver five-star service to all customers
  • Respond to guest feedback and implementing different processes to improve the guest experience
  • Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment to always deliver the best possible service to our guests
  • Deliver thrilling experiences through the promotion of hotel rooms, restaurants, entertainment and special events across all Star properties
  • Drive improvements in telephone and email services to reduce abandoned calls and email turnaround times

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a supervisory/ team leader role within a large organisation
  • Passion for customer service excellence and going above and beyond for guests
  • Demonstrated experience working towards KPI’s and motivating team members to achieve targets
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
