Delivery Manager Engagement (53506)
What youll be doing
Bridging the gap between our suppliers, distribution centres and stores, our Supply Chain team works with thousands of trusted businesses every day. We work hard to make life easier, safer and more sustainable across our network, as well as maintain the availability and quality of our products for our customers
As the Delivery Manager-Engagement you will be required to maintain resource plans and manage resource requirements. You will be also partner with Operations team in the development of functional roadmaps that drive continuous improvement of systems and processes, and also develop and or maintain engagement processes.
You will ideally have a BA, PM or Engagement background and previous Supply Chain experience within an enterprise organisation is highly regarded. You will have previous experience working with large complex systems, projects and cross functional teams and technologies.
As part of this role, you will lead the BA practice and manage and mentor a large team of BAs. You will also provide support to problem solve, resolve issues, make decisions, and escalate where appropriate
