About the Job
As the Advisor within Continuing and Professional Education (CPE), Swinburne Edge, you will be responsible for the customer experience of Swinburne Edge students, handling a variety of client issues and enquiries via phone, email and face to face. Reporting to the Manager, Continual Professional Education (Operations), this position requires a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
In this role you will utilise your knowledge of Swinburne Edge programs and University policies, have a high-level of attention to detail, strong conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work under pressure and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and multiple CRM systems.
About you
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment.
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills with a willingness to go out of their way to ensure that the customer is satisfied.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external people, and maintain confidentiality.
- High-level ability and skills in the use of Microsoft Office software packages including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Certificate IV level qualification or relevant work experience. Cert IV TAE is advantageous.
