As our Maintenance Technician within the Property Operations Department, reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will join our well established and friendly maintenance team on a full-time basis working on a rotating roster.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fitter or plumber to support all aspects of our Sydney property.

A few of your responsibilities:??? 

• General plumbing works such as leak investigations and repairs
• Carrying out scheduled and preventative maintenance on our commercial catering equipment
• Commissioning and testing of kitchen equipment as well as other various project works
• Reporting and documenting work through building maintenance software

What we are looking for:?? 

• Fitter, Turner and/or Plumbing Trade Qualifications or equivalent
• Fabrication and machining skills using TIG and arc welding
• Competent in the safe operational use of lathes, drills and hand power tools
• Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays as required)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you work with a diverse team
• Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation
