About the role
We are currently seeking a House Supervisor for a Full-time opportunity. You will be working in our Group home situated in Balwyn North. It is a home where you will be leading team of staff & ensuring our residents are engaged with opportunities, and to assess client needs. Experience supporting people with complex behaviours & accessing the community with them is beneficial. You will be responsible for independently supervising house staff and services to provide positive support to people with disabilities, across their life cycle and in all domains of life, to enable access to a quality life with dignity and respect in the least restrictive environment.?
Taking on the role of House Supervisor, you will be required to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, have significant experience in working with clients in a small group home setting and experience with behaviours and health support needs including personal care. You will also have strong knowledge of relevant legislation and NDIS support knowledge as well as excellent skills in communicating effectively with a diverse group of key stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and a NDIS Workers Screening Check.
