The Experienced Dealer role reports directly to the Gaming Supervisor and offers an extraordinary opportunity to provide a positive and memorable guest experience.  This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test and enhance the table games experiences. 

A few of your responsibilities:

• Ensure that assigned games are fully equipped and or fully functional at all times.
• Ensure player ratings accurately represent player activity
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests to achieve established service standards and escalate all guest service queries and concerns to Gaming Management in a timely manner
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure accurate technical delivery of Table Games. 

What are we looking for:

• Previous training and experience as a Games Dealer
• Flexible availability over a rotating roster
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Most importantly, you will be passionate about the casino industry and strive to deliver 5-star service every time!

You will need to demonstrate a commitment to providing a world class guest service whilst maintaining efficient and accurate operations of your designated table games. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our table games operations at The Star Sydney.
