As our Change Manager, reporting to the Head of Change Management, you will enable projects to meet business objectives by focusing on the people side of change.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be developing and executing change management plans and will enable faster adoption and proficiency of the changes impacting employees in the organisation to ensure that business results are achieved.

The Change Manager must demonstrate an advanced level of capability across all standard change management key knowledge areas and be able to apply these to all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
You are a seasoned change practitioner who has a proven track record of facilitating change and aligning performance for success. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our ongoing Remediation Program at The Star. Join us in making a difference.
