About the role
We are expanding our residential care services and will be opening houses in Spearwood / White Gum Valley / Baldivis / Meadow Springs.
The purpose of the Youth Residential Support Worker role is to provide a safe and caring environment, assisting the live-in Senior Residential Care Worker to support the young person to de-escalate and regulate their emotions when required, help to develop independent living skills and help the young person re-engage in education and their community.
Candidates who have worked with disengaged young people who have experienced trauma and display challenging behaviours and candidates with experience working with clients with mental health challenges will be highly regarded.
These are casual positions with a view to permanent and the opportunity for career progression.

If you are successful in moving through to the interview rounds, you will be invited to attend our next assessment centre which will be held on Thursday 16th of May from 9.30am until 3pm at our Leederville office.
