About the role

As a Roster Coordinator, your role will involve efficiently coordinating our frontline Lifestyle Disability workforce's rosters using advanced rostering and scheduling systems. You'll ensure that client needs and preferences are met while fostering a sustainable workforce. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and adapts seamlessly to changing priorities. This is a maximum term full time contract through to the end of August due to parental leave and can be located in either NSW or ACT and has full flexibility to work from home or one of our offices in NSW or ACT, wherever you work best!

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Disability Support Worker’s rosters in accordance with client needs, service agreements, budgets and award requirements
  • Respond to roster change requests, ensuring amendments are recorded are clearly communicated to stakeholders
  • Ensure staff availability patterns are recorded and kept up to date
  • Escalate rostering and staff skill gaps, and work with Managers to identify solutions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, Managers and Clients

Skills & Experience  

  • Experience in a similar position 
  • Technologically savvy
  • Exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships and outcomes
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage high workloads, consistently meeting critical deadlines.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check (paid by us) and an NDIS Working Screening Check (paid by you).
