About the Role



Our Coles Services team takes pride in making our supermarkets shine. By managing all trolleys, trolley collection and cleaning services, we make sure our customers’ shopping experiences are as consistently safe, seamless and welcoming as possible.
 
As a Coles Services Area Manager, you’ll be accountable for running a top-performing region with 100+ team members across multiple stores, who are responsible for trolley collection and store cleaning standards.  Region encompasses Canberra, Riverina and South Coast.



About you and your skills

  • Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team remotely (100+) with demonstrated success in building high preforming teams and improving team effectiveness

  • Senior operational experience in a fast-paced, ideally retail, environment

  • Ability to lead the delivery of high store standards that maintains the highest levels of safety for team members and customers

  • Ability to implement business plans and meet commercial targets that result in sustained improvement

  • To create a supportive customer focused culture that rewards achievement and builds careers
