Barista - Come brew with us at House Canteen

Nestled beneath the Opera House sails, House Canteen is an all-day hawker-style venue with show stopping views of Sydney Harbour. We are the ideal stop for those on the run, as well as those stopping to take in the view, offering a vibrant pan-asian flavour led journey.

In the morning, our team serve up freshly brewed coffees and delectable grab and go pastries for early risers coming to enjoy the morning views. 

In the evening our guests at the theatre join us for a pre or post show snack and a delicious cocktail to compliment the views. The venue has a steady flow of patrons each day and our team create a stellar experience to keep people coming back time and time again.

The Role

As Barista, you role will be to prepare and serve coffee & other beverages to our patrons whilst ensuring a superb guest experience, every time! 

Experience working as a Barista in some of Sydney's most reputable cafes or restaurants will have you hit the ground running.  You are passionate about what you do and love brewing high quality and consistently bang on coffee for our amazing patrons.  A flair for latte art will be highly regarded, coupled your ability to manage a high volume coffee operation.  

Working with all the best gadgets in our exquisite harbour front venue, you will love the atmosphere, the friendly patrons and the fun crew you get to brew with.
