As our Organisational Design Specialist reporting to the Group Manager, Organisational Design, you will play a crucial role in enhancing organisational effectiveness at The Star by spearheading strategic organisational design initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise in design, change management, and strategic planning and collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimise structures and processes, aligning with our goals and remediation program.
