About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture Business Partnering for Child, Youth and Families, you will be instrumental in partnering with our NSW Child, Youth and Families teams to assess, understand and respond to business demand for strategic and operational P&C support in line with LWBs strategic goals and culture.
This is an 8-month full-time maximum term contract role supporting our NSW CYF uplift project. You will play a pivotal role as a visible leader across the business, partnering to develop a culture that encourages accountability and collaboration. Your approach will be hands-on, with a deep technical knowledge of best practice HR business partnering.
Regular travel will be required, visiting our CYF homes across NSW to support our people managers, providing capability uplift, training, coaching, and checking in with new starters. Data analysis and improvements around our metrics are paramount. When not travelling, you can work from home or from one of our NSW-based offices.
