About the role:
As the Director of Infrastructure, you will be a key contributor in developing and driving the infrastructure strategies across Box Hill Institute (BHI) campuses. You will lead the Campus Modernisation program, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with BHI’s new Strategic Plan.
Your mandate includes overseeing projects, broad facility services including security, environmental planning, space & timetabling management, and deep asset maintenance experience. You will have accountability for a significant infrastructure budget, ensuring projects and facilities remain aligned with organisational priorities.
Bringing strong leadership experience, you will manage a team of over 50 employees, while fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, inclusivity, and operational excellence.
About You:
You will hold tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction, or architecture, and have held a senior management position. You will have deep experience in facilities, infrastructure and space management, including managing large complex projects.
You will have strong people leadership skills, with experience in leading and implementing change, and building high-performing teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information concisely is vital for success in this role.
