About the role

If you have previous experience as an ICT Service Desk Engineer, this is a great opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading social purpose organisations. You will join a fast paced ICT service desk team who are supportive, customer focused with a strong team ethos.  This is a permanent full time position, location flexible. There may be occasions when you will need to perform on-call or remote work based on a roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for all ICT equipment
  • Provide first level operational support for all ICT applications
  • Maintain the availability, security, integrity, performance and enhancements of the ICT technology environment
  • Ensure assets are documented and managed within the appropriate systems
  • Ensure continuous improvement of ICT services, practices and processes in line with industry advances to ensure that the business remains competitive with best in class ICT services.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated IT service desk experience
  • Proven communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus with an understanding of client expectations
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
