Project Consultant - People Consulting & Projects

As our People Projects Consultant, reporting to the Senior Project Lead, you will execute the delivery of people project outcomes, with a strong emphasis on compliance for our critical change and transformation projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders across the business to drive major exciting changes at The Star.

 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives and achieve deliverables.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project goals, prepare project report packs and documentation for senior leadership.
  • Maintain and monitor designated project schedules, resources, and budgets.
  • Prioritise conflicting tasks, manage multiple projects or pieces of work simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks as per business regulation and compliance whilst recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.

 

What we will be looking for:

  • Understanding of compliance and risk management and driving improvement opportunities.
  • Solid experience in people project management and change management.
  • Maintaining confidentiality with excellent communication skills at all levels of work.
  • Ability to drive outcomes within a complex and dynamic organisation through a flexible and agile approach.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, with experience as a HR Generalist or exposure to people projects and change management delivery.

You can?work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, particularly with the broader People & Performance team and senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of People projects.
