As a Car Park Attendant you will become an expert in all carpark operating systems, providing exceptional service to our valued members and guests, while maintaining a watchful eye on our carpark surveillance system. Your key focus is to deliver a safe and efficient carpark experience to all guests who visit our property.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Handle all carpark queries
  • Validate parking tickets for members and guests
  • Print and deliver parking tickets to Hotel’s
  • Monitor Carpark capacity
  • Replenishment and maintenance of ticket terminals

What are we looking for:

  • Exceptional, world-class standards in guest service excellence
  • Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word (with ability to learn other systems)
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
  • A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering legendary service
