As the Scheduling and Administration Coordinator, reporting to the Group Engineering and Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and of all Planned Preventative and Planned Corrective Maintenance for all Property Operations team members.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your scheduling expertise throughout our property at The Star Gold Coast.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Interpret and understand Enterprise Agreements and workforce scheduling constraints
  • Scheduling and labour management
  • Utilising Maximo or similar EAMS or CMMS systems
  • Liase with internal and external stakeholders

What are we looking for:

  • Excellent administration and computer literacy skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly efficient in the delivery of scheduling and labour management
  • Experienced in working with trade contractors and management
  • Understanding of WHS systems, Acts, Regulations, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
  • Ability to interpret and understand Enterprise Agreements and workforce scheduling constraints and conditions
