About the role
Next Step Plus (NSP) provides support to complex caseloads of young people who are transitioning or have transitioned from care. Case Managers assist young people to meet their goals around transitioning to adulthood including finding housing, securing employment, purchasing household items, parenting, completing education, addressing legal issues and dealing with domestic violence.
LWB is the largest provider of the Next Step Plus (NSP) and Extended Post Care Support (EPCS) programs in Queensland.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Child, Youth & Family - Family Based Care, Program Manager to join our Southwest team, with the option to work out of our Ipswich or Toowoomba branch. The Program Manager will manage the Next Step Plus (NSP) and Extended Post Care Support (EPCS) programs in the Southwest region (Ipswich, Toowoomba and Springfield) with focus on compliance, quality service provision, development of staff, and growing our services.
This position is being offered as a permanent full-time position with flexibility to work from home, and office, with the expectation to travel to different homes/locations within the Ipswich and Toowoomba regions.
