About the role:
An exciting and unique opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as our Literacy and Numeracy Skills Coordinator. The Literacy and Numeracy Skills Coordinator leads the design, development, delivery and evaluation of innovative, customised, high quality vocational education and training for BHI students and clients.
Within this role you will manage teaching and the business, supporting employees along with programs to ensure innovative course materials and excellent training delivery to students. Success in the position will result in a high performing and engaged team, student achievement and improved education and employment outcomes, compliance and quality education and the development of opportunities to grow market share.
The Literacy and Numeracy Skills Coordinator is a member of the leadership team in the Microcredentials, ACFE, Reconnect and LN Support (MARL) unit and is part of the Foundation Education College. Our courses provide pathways into further education and employment, and help to increase life and employability skills. Full-time, part-time, on-campus, blended, work-based and online delivery options exist to suit the needs of our students and industry partners.
Note: This role is full time, fixed term until March 2025 and requires 38 hours, 5 days a week attendance, and will include 0.4 EFT teaching duties.
