About the Role 
The Student Administration team at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for an Apprenticeship Officer to join their team. 

The Apprenticeship Officer is responsible for the end-to-end processes of the life cycle of an Apprenticeship/Traineeship. This role will be the main contact point to resolving questions and issues for Apprentices, Trainee's and Employers.

The Apprenticeship Officer will contribute to the provision of seamless high quality delivery of training throughout the life cycle of their Apprenticeship by working closely with Apprentices, Trainee's, Employers, Teaching Departments, Industry Departments, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), Apprenticeship Network Providers (ANPs) and Apprenticeship Field Officers (AFOs).

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment
  • Significant experience in the coordination of customer relationship strategies and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality services to a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan ahead, ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and display thoroughness, attention to detail, and with the ability to follow tasks through to completion
  • An understanding of the Australian university, Apprenticeships and Traineeships and VE sectors is desirable

Qualifications
Completion of a degree or associate diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
