This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management plans to facilitate faster adoption and proficiency of organisational changes among employees, ensuring successful achievement of business objectives.

 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development and implementation of initiatives that promote a positive and supportive organisational culture during periods of change
  • Design change management strategies centred on promoting responsible gambling, and create targeted change management plans
  • Facilitate and conduct focused groups to gather insights, feedback, and perspectives from targeted participant groups within safer gambling
  • Conduct change readiness assessments
  • Develop and maintain corporate policies and strategies focused on harm minimisation

 

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in change management and utilisation of change management tools is essential
  • Industry recognised certifications such as CMI certification and proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR, PROSCI) are highly desirable
  • Proven experience in effectively managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Established track record of delivering change aligned with business and project objectives
  • Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources, Change Management, or a related field

 

About you:

You will exhibit an 'advanced' level of proficiency across all standard change management key knowledge areas, with a particular emphasis on cultural and people-centric change and should be adept at applying these skills throughout all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.

 

You will bring a demonstrated history of successfully executing change management initiatives within the area of safer gambling. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our ongoing Remediation Program at The Star. Join us in making a difference
