General Manager - Come lead with us at Goros

Tucked away in the backstreets of Surry Hills is Goros, our late night party venue where our guests experience a Mount Fuji amount of fun in our electric Japanese inspired venue.

From custom-built karaoke rooms, yakitori, arcade games, DJs, and an extensive sake and cocktail list, to the venue’s infamous mascot Garfield, there’s nowhere quite like the playground that is Goros.

From the kitchen, our incredible Head Chef plates up an array of flavourful Japanese inspired dishes, with a playful edge from mouth watering Gyozas, to Yakitori and delicious burgers!  

We have an endless enthusiasm for the absolutely ridiculous and the weirdly wacky and we live to create moments for our guests that make them laugh and have the time of their lives!
  
An opportunity has become available for a General Manager to come lead, inspire and mentor with us at Goros.

The Role

As General Manager, you will be at the helm of Goros and be responsible for the overall management and performance of the venue. 
  
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including overseeing the daily operations, driving venue profitability, overseeing venue financials, partnering with marketing on new promotions and activations, developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and ensuring the guest experience is memorable each time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Assistant Manager or General Manager, with a background leading established pubs or entertainment venues, to drive service excellence and to build a solid customer following at Goros.
