About the Role 
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator - International. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurate information to current and prospective international students on a range of matters including course information, government policy and university procedures.

The Students portfolio, led by the Vice-President (Students), encompasses key areas such as Marketing, Recruitment & Channel Integration; Student Administration & Library Services; Student & Academic Services; and Media & External Communications. As part of the Student & Academic Services department, you will play a key role in the delivery of administrative services that support and enable the smooth operation of our courses and programs in line with University regulations and policy.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Previous relevant experience in an administrative and/or customer service position, preferably within a tertiary education environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the provision of high quality customer and administrative services.
  • High level of interpersonal skills enabling effective liaison with a wide range of students from different cultures.
  • High level of computer skills including competency in the use of MS Office and other software packages.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Australian education system, the ESOS Legislation framework, the National Code of Practice 2018 and Australian Government regulations pertaining to international students is preferable.

Qualifications
  • Completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
