About the Role 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager within the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). 
 
The Senior PM will be responsible for providing project management leadership across strategic enterprise projects with an IT focus, as well as oversee the delivery of smaller portfolio-specific projects.   You will be also co-ordinate the project team, vendors and internal suppliers/stakeholders to plan the project, draft the business case and deliver the project approved.  Strong collaboration, co-ordination and communication skills are required to manage team members working as Subject Matter Experts, IT professionals, Enterprise Project Management Office professionals, legal teams, finance teams and external vendors.  

This role requires an individual who can solve complex problems in a manner, work within a professional project management framework and unify stakeholders to deliver the project positively.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 

•    Deliver the project as approved by the Business Case.
•    Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk)
•    Work directly with university stakeholders and service partners to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
•    Identify project delivery resources required
•    Lead project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
•    Execute project documentation aligned with ePMO governance and assurance requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.

Qualifications
•    A postgraduate level qualification in a relevant discipline and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. 
•    Relevant Project Management qualifications
•    Experience with both Waterfall and Agile
