About The Role
You will be part of the Business & Private Banking Division based in Sydney that manages several of ANZs key relationship businesses. Within this area, our relationship banking teams comprise of experienced bankers and industry experts who manage successful and profitable relationships with customers, from private business owners to Australias largest companies.
Our team is highly engaged, collaborative and motivated to deliver a service proposition making ANZ the first choice for small to mid-size businesses. We are sales and customer service enthusiasts who work as collectively to exceed our performance measures and exceed customer expectations.
As a Relationship Manager, you are responsible for delivering insightful customer conversations by being curious and passionate about businesses at all stages start, run, grow and transition. You will acquire new customers as well as grow and retain your portfolio of customers by collaborating with product specialists to ensure customers are offered the most suitable products, services and digital offering whilst acting in their best interest. You will work closely with Credit Risk to deliver commercial outcomes within Business Bankings risk appetite.
