About the role:

The Recruitment Contracts Administrator provides administrative and general support to the Recruitment team within People & Culture, with a focus on contracts administration. The position works collaboratively with all Recruitment team members and stakeholders to enable a high level of service delivery.

Under broad direction of the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Contacts Administrator will undertake administrative duties within the confines of recruitment policies as detailed in the P&C Manual.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative support of the Recruitment team
  • Generate employment contracts and contract renewal notices
  • Administer various Recruitment databases
  • Produce adhoc reports as requested
  • Respond to general recruitment queries through the recruitment inbox and phone line
  • Maintenance of HR and Recruitment documentation
  • Respond to contract related queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor collection and integrity of all on boarding documents
  • Records management
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of our ATS


About you:

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Degree level qualification (ideal)
  • Extensive experience in generation of employment contracts and associated administration
  • Experience in working in a recruitment team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write high quality reports, and present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong IT experience including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
