As the Technology Leader for Smart Content Managment you are tasked with managing the team and the platforms that are driving automation of document and knowledge management and enabling a paperless bank. Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Leading and mentoring a team of more than 100
Setting the strategy to revolutionise our document and knowledge management capability
You and your teams focus will be on delivering a common platform for digital document capture, cloud based collaboration, document content conversion, electronic consent and signatures and enterprise search
Drive productivity, risk reduction, remediation, compliance and improved employee and customer experience to position us to unlock the value stored in documents
Incorporate more cognitive (AI/ML) solutions into the platform
Support the ongoing digital transformation of the bank through providing Documents-as-a-Service within an ITaaS model
To be successful in this role you will be comfortable working at an executive level in an Agile environment, across multiple technology domains and geographical locations within a large enterprise business, leading technical teams to support business automation objectives at scale.
You will have extensive delivery, operational and management expertise, yet started your career in a hands-on role as a developer, engineer, tester or analyst. Ideal will be your knowledge of some of the following core ECM technologies noting that your role would invoplve bringing new technologies into the bank as well: IBM FileNet, OpenText eSignatureLive, IBM Datacap, Enterprise Search, Document Collaboration and preferably you will have a good understanding of automation technologies (e.g. workflow, RPA, AI/ML, etc.).
You will have experience in leading the development of scalable, service driven capabilities across the sphere of document and knowledge management platforms. A continuous and pragmatic problem solver. You enjoy creating order from chaos!
