Undertake important evaluation and quality assurance work within the National eTherapy Centre (NeTC), an Australian Government Department of Health funded online mental health service.

About the Job
In the role as our new Research Assistant role, you will be involved in conducting evaluation activities under limited supervision for National eTherapy Centre’s (NeTC) online mental health service. This will include obtaining quality assurance feedback from service users, recruitment of participants and conduct of evaluation for new innovations for the service, preparation of data for reports and publications and other activities related to supporting the service.

In this position, it is also expected that you will maintain, develop and update administrative tools and resources to assist in and/ or coordinate the delivery activities of the NeTC, as well as record and provide information to associated staff, students and stakeholders in accordance with policy and procedure.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Completion of Honours in Psychology (or equivalent qualifications of experience in research, evaluation or mental health)
• Demonstrated understanding of high prevalence mental health disorders (e.g. Anxiety, depression)
• A high degree of organisation and administrative skills and capacity to prioritise workload and coordinate multiple demands
• Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and the ability to meet tight deadlines
