About the Courses: We are looking for experienced Salesforce Professionals who can guide Future Skills students in 6-week Salesforce courses. You will be working with leading industry companies and providing guidance and support to students and preparing them for their Salesforce Certification exam. The two certifications you could help with are:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

About You:
You’ll possess a wide range of knowledge and skills in your field of expertise and will have the?know how to?utilise this to?enhance student success and outcomes.?You’ll strive to provide the best student experience possible are capable in using the latest digital tools and technologies to deliver innovative course material in an exciting manner.
You must be willing to engage with RMIT Online facilitation strategies and be willing;?
• To be coached?
• To reflect on your teaching style to adapt to student needs?
• To implement feedback based on best practice and student feedback

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years Industry Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce at a site level (Certification preferred)

  • Experience creating and managing users, dashboards and reports 

  • Experience planning user access for different roles and security levels
