This role will manage change that proactively delivers on strategic initiatives; with a focus on productivity and efficiency this role will manage the blend of inbound and outbound voice and digital interactions.
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong people development focus
5+ years experience Leading Managers, Team Leaders and large teams of people
Passion to drive a high performing service culture focused on having best in class conversations with new and existing ANZ customers
Proactive stakeholder relationship building and management
Self-initiated continuous improvement achievements
A creative mind for strategic planning and business acumen
Proven ability to achieve outcomes through group results
Hands on coach the coach capability to develop managers, leaders and bankers
Extensive contact centre data analytics analysis and tactical response capability
Proactive performance management against benchmarking results
