Drive the implementation and evaluation of existing and emerging learning technologies and practice to enhance PAVE teaching quality

About the Job
We currently have an excellent opportunity to join Swinburne as our new Manager, Learning Futures. In this role you will drive the implementation and evaluation of existing and emerging learning technologies and practice to enhance PAVE teaching quality, blended delivery and support the student learning experience.

You will draw upon data and information required to be a key line of advice in the areas of transformative quality education and technologies and support the Director Business Services in their day-to-day operational functions and decision-making, focusing on learning innovation and quality.

The role will undertake specific projects as required and ensure implementation of teaching and learning innovation and performance in collaboration with the Directors, Managers, Learning Transformation Unit, VE Quality and Policy (VEQP) and Education and Quality Services (EQS).

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Relevant bachelor or postgraduate qualification and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Knowledge of processes and key educational and operational aspects of vocational education delivery and accreditation
• Demonstrated experience and interest in exploring and adopting innovative technologies and working at a high level with Learning Management Systems
• Proven ability to collate information and data into coherent, synthesised recommendations or advice
