  • Do you enjoy working with various stakeholders and an energetic, delivery-focused team to support a culture of continuous learning?

About The Role

Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

As a Senior Learning Analyst within Group Compliance, you will be part of the team responsible for managing and uplifting bank-wide mandatory and role specific learning on topics including financial crime and other compliance/regulatory risks, as well as supporting the business unit by creating and maintaining job ready learning opportunities in line with current and future needs.

Reporting to the Senior Learning Manager, Group Compliance, your key role will be supporting the delivery of learning priorities by designing, developing and implementing eLearning and blended learning content, working closely with our stakeholders at each point in the process to ensure maximum impact for our learners.

Our team is collaborative, diverse and committed to delivering impactful, engaging solutions for our learners. While we are primarily looking for a confident, experienced instructional designer or eLearning developer, the remit of our team is varied and we expect that you are adaptable, take initiative and will support other learning activities as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Relevant experience at a learning consultant or senior instructional designer level, preferably in corporate L&D (within a Risk/Compliance/Financial Crime environment is a bonus)
  • Experience of the whole learning development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation
  • Ability to use rapid development tools, such as Articulate Storyline
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the confidence to comfortably facilitate discovery/scoping sessions and reach out to various stakeholders throughout the process for review and validation, including senior leaders
  • Proactive and innovative problem-solving skills to ensure ‘best-approach’ to learning requirements (Human Centred Design or Design Thinking experience highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in an ambiguous environment, create focus and enough certainty to deliver and succeed
  • Be able to challenge yourself, collaborate with others, accept feedback, grow and be ready for a future that is constantly changing
